Observation: Fan covers within the cooler unit is unsanitary. Remove the covers and have them cleaned.
Rice scoops was stored in a jar of water. Ensure ice scoops are stored in a container of ice, washed and sanitized every 4 hours to prevent bacterial growth.

Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted at the time of inspection:
Sliding cooler, walk-in cooler, and under-counter prep coolers were less than 4C and equipped with thermometers.
Chest freezers at -18C and equipped with thermometer.
Wiping rags stored in chlorine solution.
Food items stored at least 6 inches off the ground and properly covered.
No pest activity noted. Rodent monitoring program in place.
Hand washing station satisfactory.
Clean has improved from last inspection. Ensure daily cleaning is done and hard to reach areas are frequently cleaned to prevent grease build-up.
2 compartment sink available.
High temperature dishwasher achieved a final rinse temperature of 72C at plate level. A waterproof memory thermometer was available to test the temperature at plate level. Ensure dishwasher is tested daily to ensure a temperature of at least 72C is achieved.
