All critical hazards have been corrected.

Cleaning of cook-line, under equipment (sides and back of equipment, stove plates etc.), under the dishwasher and dishwashing sinks, staff washroom, dry storage area with two chest freezers and one stand up freezer, splatters in doorway of walk-in cooler still to be completed.

Receipts for foods must be kept on site and match the quantities of food on-site.

Temperature logs and dishwasher logs must be dated and timed to show when the temperatures/sanitizer concentration were taken, undated log sheets are invalid; also must ensure that these logs are taken on a twice daily basis.
