Container of chicken used for prep of wraps today. Product measured 2C - good Staff stated that continuously used equipment is now being sanitized every 4 hours - good Sanitizer measured 200 ppm QUATS at the time of inspection - good Mechanical dishwasher measured 76.6C at the dish surface. Dishwasher gauges are working - good OUTSTANDING ISSUES: new thermometer required in deli wrap cooler and new light bulb required in storage room light.
