Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher had 0ppm chlorine detected after the first run. The sanitizer tube was not completely inside sanitizer bucket. This is a repeat infraction.
Corrective Action(s): Operator adjusted sanitzer tube and >50ppm chlorine was detected after second run of dishwasher.
Please do not store anything on top of sanitizer bucket, as this could displace the sanitizer tube. Test concentration using test strips more frequently, and ensure to prime the sanitizer pump after switching to new sanitizer buckets.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwashing sinks were not accessible for hand washing becaused they were used to store dirty dishes.
Corrective Action(s): Do not store anything in sinks dedicated for hand washing. Hand washing sinks should only be used for washing hands.
