At the inspection dated February 1, 2024 there were 13 children and 4 staff present.
At this inspection the above noted contravention were identified, however based on the contravention a written response is not requested at this time.
As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed. For this inspection the contents of the Facility Inspection Report and Risk Assessment were discussed and provided to the Licensee and/or Manager while on site.
