Corrective Action(s): Ensure all materials used in the facility are smooth, durable, easy to clean, non-absorbent and not damaged. Repair, replace or remove materials to meet the requirements noted above.

3. Seal damaged on walk in freezer door.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and do not become a possible physical hazard in food or cause unnecessary cleaning.
1. Remove all damaged inserts that hold food and replace salt container.
2. Tape is an acceptable temporary fix but not a permanent one.
3. Replace damaged seal around freezer door.

- High temperature dishwasher noted 79 C at the plate - final rinse
- Sanitizer bottles noted at 200 ppm QUATS, 200 ppm Bleach - No labels on spray bottles (*violation noted)
- Three sink plugs available for use
- Raw meat stored away from Ready to Eat food items
- Proper thawing techniques discussed
- All food items covered and labelled in cooler and freezer units
- Back door closed during inspection
- Pest proof containers for all dry storage items
- Staff Personal items kept separate from kitchen equipment
- FoodSafe Certified staff present during inspection

COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS:
- WCB Safety plan posted and available onsite for inspection
- Staff wearing masks in patron area and back kitchen area
- Plexiglass partitions in place at POS
- 2m physical distancing of tables in place; floor stickers both inside and out observed, traffic flow controlled
- Disinfection of high touch surfaces in public areas
- Restaurant is taking names and phone number records of patrons and keeping for 30 days; those patrons who refuse to provide the necessary information are told dine-in will not be available to them only take-out
