Observation: 1. Handwash stations (x2) in the prep area and in the washroom lack liquid soap. Staff stated that water was used for handwashing. Discussed the issue with operator on phone and he stated that liquid soap will be delivered onsite in next 45 minutes.
2. Handwash sink in the back was blocked off with plastic crates and was not accessible to staff for handwashing.
Corrective Action(s): Please ensure that all handwash stations are equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels and are not obstructed at any time during facility operation.

- Email a copy of FOODSAFE Level 1 course registration of the staff by Feb 2, 2024 and copy of FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate or equivalent after course completion.

- General sanitation of the facility was satisfactory.
- Walk in cooler recorded at 2C
- Pizza prep cooler at 4C
- Beverage cooler at 3C
- Stand up freezer at -17C
- Front reach in cooler at 3C
- 200ppm QUATS solution recorded in the sanitizer pail.
Staff prepared the solution right before the inspection was started.
- 200ppm QUATS recorded in the 3rd dishwashing sink.
- Food storage practices were satisfactory.
- No signs of pest activity observed.
- Permit was posted at the front.
