Follow up to inspection #18357 -Hand sink equipped and will be covered during service. -Mirror has been covered with an opaque cloth. -High level disinfectant available. -Laser machine approved for use by Health Canada. -Operator confirmed with supplier that safety goggles are the same wavelength as the laser and with an OD of 5+. -Warning sign posted on client entry door. Door that leads to dwelling will be kept locked. -Ensure there is adequate ventilation during service. * Dover or remove small mirror and water dispenser as these are reflective surfaces.
