- Second follow up inspection to routine inspection ABAI-BD5Q55 conducted - Light cover has been installed and tape removed - Hand wash stations were all fully equipped with soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water - Sous vide device removed from premises. Foods no longer prepared via sous vide. Operator is currently working on the food safety and sanitation plan to be submitted for review. - No potentially hazardous foods were stored at room temperature.
