Observation: Front sandwich cooler was 6-8 degrees C underneath and had water pooling in the bottom of the cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Operator called a repairman and removed foods to the walk in cooler that were stored underneath. All foods in inserts on top are stored in ice water.

206 - Hot potentially hazardous food stored/displayed below 60 °C. [s. 14(2)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Beans and beef in warmers were 55 degrees Celsius.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that these are maintained at 60 degrees Celsius or hotter at all times. These items were reheated to 74 degrees Celsius and warmers had hot water added to them and were turned up at time of inspection.

Observation: Food scraps and debris noted under pop dispenser, deep fryer, walk in cooler and tortilla press.
Corrective Action(s): Thoroughly clean and maintain these areas.

Observation: Faucet at three compartment sink does not function properly. Water will not flow from the tap. Water only dispenses out of the spray nozzle and via the detergent/ sanitizer dispensers.

Corrective Action(s): Repair tap so that the water can flow freely from the faucet.

Note: Operator ran out of sanitizer and needs to replace bag at the dispenser. Operator was shown how to mix bleach water for sanitizing until the order of Quat sanitizer is received.
Walk in cooler is 4 degrees Celsius or colder.
Walk in freezer is -18 degrees Celsius or colder.
Liquid soap and paper towel available at handsink.
