Infractions from previous inspection corrected:

1. Food protected from contamination.
2. Raw proteins now stored in back storage cooler separate from ready to eat or cooked products - good. Unit is labelled for raw protein only.
3. Cracked shelving has been replaced.
4. Food products in coolers and freezers are not double stacked at the time of inspection and stored on dedicated shelving.
5. Metal open tin cans are not use to store food.

Facility now in compliance.

Recommendation: Over time replace inventory of plastic food containers and lids with new ones.
