Observation: It was observed that 3 criminal record checks are valid but they are not addressed to the licensee
Corrective Action(s): Please ensure records required under section 19 are obtained prior to the employees first day of employment

RECORDS AND REPORTING: 19090 - CCLR s.57(2)(c) - A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (c) daily attendance record, indicating for each day whether the child is absent or, if the child is present, the time of arrival and departure.
Observation: The attendace records were reviewed for the past few weeks. It was observed that there were spots missing either a departure time or an indication if the child was absent
Corrective Action(s): Please ensure a system is in place to maintain records on a daily basis

Observation: It was observed that 1 child was missing consent for ambulance transportation in case of an accident or illness
Corrective Action(s): Please ensure records are complete and maintained prior to the child's first day of attendance
