Observation: Dust accumulation observed on the ceiling adjacent to the ceiling return vents not cleaned
Wire rack shelving inside main walk in cooler requires cleaning due to old food product build up.
Corrective Action(s): Clean accumulated dust from the ceiling.

Observation: Back flow prevention device at mop sink observed leaking
Numerous small leaks observed in plumbing at glassswasher
Premises has not acquired an iodine test kit to test iodine concentration at glasswasher. Note the the glasswasher can be run with chlorine. Premises has chlorine test strips on site.
Corrective Action(s): Repair as directed
Purchase an iodine test kit if you want to continue using iodine as a sanitizer as opposed to chlorine. Recommend purchasing a Titrating Iodine Test Kit as oppsed to Iodine test strips as the titrating kit is far more accurate especially at low concentration.s
