Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 0 ppm chlorine residual detected in the sanitizer spray bottle.
Corrective Action(s): **Issue corrected during the inspection**
Supervisor remixed the sanitizer spray bottle upon request. 200 ppm chlorine residual was detected in the spray bottle.
Use chlorine test strips to test for at least 100 - 200 ppm chlorine residual before use. There must always be a bottle/ container of sanitizer available for sanitizing the work station in between making food for clients.

Observation: Exposed light bulbs still noted on 2 light fixtures nearby the cash register.
Corrective Action(s): Purchase fluorescent tube protector, replace missing shields or switch to LED light bulbs (break-resistant) on the light fixtures by the cash register to avoid potential breakage of the bulbs that may contaminate food/ food-contact items stored below.

Observation: Same cleanliness issues still noted on the wall and floor, especially along the junction of the wall and floor by the dishwashing area and handles and interiors of the refrigeration units.
During this f/u inspection, buildup noted on the fume hood.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the abovementioned areas and maintain in a sanitary condition at all time.

Follow-up inspection conducted for inspection report# KLAI-CGGSNJ
3-door refrigerator unit was noted at 4.0C. Please continue to monitor this refrigerator unit. Do not store any cold potentially hazardous food items in this unit if noted holding food greater than 4.0C. Have it serviced and able to maintain at 4.0C or less before using again.
100 ppm chlorine residual detected in the sanitize basin of the 3-compartment sink.
Faucet at the 3-compartment sink is not leaking anymore.
Appropriate drain plugs are now available for the 3-compartment sink to allow for proper warewashing.
Soap noted at the back of house handwash station by the back door. Please mount the dispenser properly onto the wall.
Food in the refrigeration units and dry storage area are stored covered and protected.
No more droppings noted in the cabinet below the front handwash station and cabinets holding paper bags.
Back door was not propped opened at the time of inspection. Please always keep this door shut even during hot sunny days unless a proper fitted screen door is installed on this back door to avoid pest entry.
Handwashing station by the walk-in cooler is now functioning, accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.

Outstanding violations still noted during this follow-up inspection. Please address all noted violations, including the one below, before the next follow-up inspection. Failure to show improvement may result in escalated enforcement actions.

Please note: During the routine inspection conducted in 2021 (inspection report# YTAN-C5CRUT), the district inspector at the time has requested for an updated floor plan of the facility. Updated floor plan is not noted on file. Please submit this updated floor plan before the next follow-up inspection.
