*Follow-up to inspection conducted on April 4, 2019 (MLOO-BAWRA8) - Spoke with business owner (Alex Huang) on the phone regarding the violations noted during the routine inspection - Ventilation hood will be serviced by a professional company on Saturday, April 13, 2019. However, the filters must be taken down regularly and cleaned to remove the debris and grease. - Business owner will be taking FOODSAFE on April 13, 2019. The staff members have been asked to take the course as well. - 100 ppm bleach sanitizer is available at the three compartment sink
