Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
Again, noted perishable items at room temperature. Some (partially cooked noodles, bean sprouts, bean sprouts (chives mix) are not time tracked. Others (side dishes) with time track indicated 10-11-12; now 3pm. This has been discussed many times, as recent as last routine inspection. Foods discarded.

Observation:
(1.) Double stacking is still noted without any barrier at 2-door sliding cooler.
(2.) Foods are still observed on floor in walk-in freezer. Foods must be covered to protect from contamination and stored above ground, even in walk-in units.

Observation:
Cleaning does not appear to be done. Cleaning is still required on floor in dry storage room (sugar is still noted like last inspection) and floor under cooking line (grease is still noted).
