Code 301 noted on Routine inspection # DSOG-C49NXF of Jun-22-2021 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: - Build up of mildew on the cover and inside the ice machine. - Dirty wiping cloths on counter top. Correction: - Immediately drain the ice machine, clean/scrub and sanitize inside the ice machine using bleach concentration solution. Deep cleaning of the ice machine must be implemented as part of your Sanitation Plan. - Store the wiping cloths inside the sanitizer solution while not in use.

Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-C49NXF: - Ice machine appears to be clean. There is no longer build up of mildew inside. - General sanitation has improved. Keep up with regular cleaning in hard to reach areas (ie behind undercounter coolers, counters). - The faucet handle at the handwashing station is secure. There is cold/hot running water.
