Comments

Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. Pizza prep coolers, walk-in cooler and pop cooler was < 4 C. Two door freezer was < -18 C. No evidence of pests. Quats sanitizer solution was measured at 200 ppm. Permit and FoodSafe certificates posted at the front. Pizza is time tracked on the computer and discarded after 2 hours. 3-compartment sink used for manual warewashing. General sanitation was satisfactory.
