Corrective Action(s): Immediately. Transfer food in a food grade container. Must always do it after opening a can(s), because some tin containers can leach harmful compounds into food.

General sanitation is satisfactory; however, the floor behind the dough mixer has to be clean. As well as site of the buns making machine.
Walk in cooler at 4.0 C.
Food storage - satisfactory;
Reach in freezer - satisfactory.
Potentially hazardous foods in front display within discard times (maximum 6 hours according to corporate food safety plan).
Hand washing station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
Quats sanitizer - available;
No evidence of pest activity noted.
Washroom in sanitary condition and well supplied.

Note: All spray bottles must be labeled (E.g., water, sanitizer, food only) - Observed milky liquid in a spray bottle in the walk-in cooler; clear liquid in spray bottle on the shelf behind bread shelves.
