Follow-up Inspection Cooler has been serviced and registering at 4 C or below. Quats dispenser for the 3 compartment sink has been replaced and now registering at 200 ppm. Sink was set up for manual dishwashing at the time of inspection. Reminder: do not allow Salad Bar staff to obstruct the dedicated hand sink. A copy of inspection report to be emailed to Operator.
