Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1.Operator not using sanitizer for prep tables. Operator using soap and water. Lysol and bleach are available on site.
2.Boards for pizza rising have grime an debris on sides. This can contaminate pizze dough.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Please use sanitizer for all food prep areas after cleaning. Instructed operator to use bleach 1 tablespoon in buck of water, 200ppm.
2. Please clean, scrub off grime and sanitize routinely. Boards that cannot be cleaned should be replaced. Recommend to look into alternate type boards - Date to be corrected by: November 2021
