Observation: Fruit/ drain flies noticed in the dish pit and at the bar.
Corrective Action(s): Pest control comes on site monthly, invoice reviewed while on site. Additional things to help eradicate flies can include action taken by the pest control company, the installation of UV fly lights and increased cleaning in any area where there are food scraps (dish pit) or alcohol, pop, fruit drinks.

Temperature records were up to date.
Quats sanitizer was at 200 ppm.
Dishwasher final rinse cycle reached 50 ppm at the plate level.
Glasswasher had 12.5 ppm Iodine.
Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
