General sanitation is good.
All handwashing stations stocked with cold/hot running water, soap, and paper towels.
All coolers (prep, under-counter, upright, beverage) < or = to 4 C.
All freezers (chest, upright) < or = to -18 C.
Accurate thermometers available inside all coolers and freezers.
Hot holding (rice) > 60.0 C.
Three compartment sink - satisfactory. Bleach sanitizer available at 100 ppm.
High temperature dishwasher achieved 71.5 C at the plate's level during the final rinse cycle.
Surface sanitizer - available And it at 100 ppm of Chlorine solution.
Dry storage area is well organized. Food is stored off the floor at the time of inspection.
Dry food items stored in carts with proper lids.
No signs of pest activity.

Recommendation:
Rice scoops have to be stored in an ice-bath (cold water & ice) and changed as soon as ice melted.
