Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher final sanitizing rinse cycle had only 10 ppm chlorine at the plate level. 50 ppm minimum is required.
Corrective Action(s): The sanitizer bucket was changed and 50 ppm chlorine at the plate level was achieved.
