A follow up inspection was performed for routine inspection MKIM-CFA2C6 and the following observations were made: - Ice machine and ice scoop maintained in a clean and sanitary manner - Deli meat slicer observed to be maintained in a clean condition - Raw eggs observed to be stored on bottom shelf - Pest control serviced premises on june 18th and no activity was observed - Health permit hand delivered, ensure to display it in a conspicuous location NOTE: Start a daily checklist for those who cleaned the deli meat slicer after use
