Corrective Action(s): Equipment was placed into three-compartment sink to be re-washed, rinsed, and sanitized. Ensure all equipment and utensils are properly washed, rinsed, and sanitized following each use.

- Hand washing stations (front, back) supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
- Surface sanitizer and sanitizer at three-compartment sink measured at 200 ppm quats. Test strips available.
- Three compartment sink set up for manual ware washing. Hot and cold running water, sink plugs, detergent, and sanitizer (200 ppm quats) available.
- Washrooms in clean condition.
- No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection.
