2-compartment sink for dishwashing.
Bleach in supply.
Bleach sanitizer made in bucket during the inspection, 100ppm.
Cloths laying around - please ensure these are stored in bleach sanitizer when not in use.
Fridges <4C.
Freezers <-18C.
One non-working prep cooler - used as counter space only.
Dry storage is mostly organized and tidy. Thank you.
No signs of pests at the time of inspection.
