Observation: No hot water was provided in the handsink in the food preparatino area.
Corrective Action(s): The handsink must be maintained with hot & cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel at all times. Fix the handsink immediately to ensure that hot water is supplied. Employees are to wash hands in the staff washroom which is in close proximity; however, the handsink must be repaired immediately.

Observation: Observed a number of flies in the food preparation area as the staff kept the backdoor open.
Corrective Action(s): Install a pest proof screen door in the backdoor. Keep the door closed in the meantime.
