Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand washing station at back kitchen observed obstructed with container inside the basin. Automatic paper towel dispenser is observed not functioning and no paper towel is available at the hand washing station. Staff moved the container and placed a roll of paper towel near the hand washing station during inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Maintain all hand washing stations unobstructed and adequately supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel at all times to ensure staff are washing their hands properly and at adequate frequency.

Observation: Few ants are observed in the kitchen next to the door leading to the washroom. Pest control company is not contracted.
Corrective Action(s): Monitor ant population on site and contact pest control company if ants increase in number to assess and apply treatment as necessary. Keep all food covered to prevent potential contamination.

Observation: Automatic paper towel dispenser at back hand washing station is not functioning to dispenser paper towel. Staff placed paper towel near the hand washing station for temporary use.
Corrective Action(s): Replace the battery in the automatic paper towel dispenser and ensure paper towel is available in the dispenser for staff to wash their hands properly before handling food.

- General sanitation is satisfactory during inspection
- Hand washing station at front service area and in washrooms adequately supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Low-temperature chemical dishwasher measured at 100 ppm chlorine concentration at plate surface with test strip
- 2-compartment sink available with drain plugs and bleach
- Chlorine sanitizer in spray bottles (X2) measured at 200 ppm chlorine concentration with test strip
- Chlorine test strips are available on site
- Equipment observed stored in a sanitary manner
- Ice machine observed in sanitary condition with scoop placed outside the machine
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained staff and operator available on site
- Washrooms observed in sanitary condition

Notes:
- Front display cooler is not in use for potentially hazardous food storage as it is not able to maintain a temperature of 4'C or lower
