Observation: - Warehouse bay doors kept open during coffee roasting.
- Large hole on north wall of equipment storage side of warehouse.
Corrective Action(s): - Keep bay doors closed when not in use for loading or delivery to prevent potential pest entry. Alternatively, install a screen.
- Seal/ cover holes and gaps in warehouse to prevent potential pest entry and harbourage.

Comments

- Coffee Roasting and Warehouse Facility.

- Handsink supplied with liquid soap, papertowels, hot and cold water.
- Reviewed bin cleaning and sanitizing procedures with staff. No concerns noted. 100-200 ppm chlorine bleach solution used.
- Coffee machines/ roasters cleaned with "Caffe Lindo" - detergent for coffee machines. (Label indicates that product meets NSF Protocol P152 - Health Effects & Corrosivity of Commercial Espresso Machine Chemical Cleaners)
- Regular pest control services provided by Abell.
- Follow all recommendations provided by your pest control company.
- Ensure that all areas of the premises are accessible for pest control services.

Note: North side of the facility is used for storing extra equipment. Commercial kitchen and walk-in cooler not in use at this time. Please contact FH should you use to covert/ use this area for food preparation - plan approval and written approval from FH required.
