The following issues must be addressed and rectified by the specified dates:

1. Install a screen door at the back entrance to prevent entry of rodents etc. Ensure there is no gap at the bottom of the door. Date to be corrected by: May 25/19
2. Clean floors underneath the sink, dough mixer, freezers and other shelving. Date to be corrected by: May 29/19
3. Clean the walls and shelving in walk-in cooler. Clean the hand sink and prep cooler door knobs. Date to be corrected by: May 29/19
4. Remove burnt out food debris from underneath the pizza oven. Date to be corrected by: May 29/19
5. Install new door gaskets on the pizza prep cooler. Date to be corrected by: May 31/19
6. Do not store acidic foods in metal cans - corrected during inspection
7. Paint all raw wood storage shelves in day storage area
8. All hot entrees (daal/sabj) must be held hot (>61C) during service and leftovers must be cooled in ice water bath
9. Provide a cover for the light bulb in walk-in cooler or replace it with a shatter-proof bulb. Date to be corrected by: May 31/19
10. All chemicals cleaners and sanitizers must be stored in accurately labelled containers. Date to be corrected by: Immediately
