Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -22C.
-Middle island prep cooler was at 3C (top and bottom).
-Prep coolers (2) were at 4C.
-Front service area under counter cooler was at 4C.
-Bar cooler was at 4C.
-Prep area freezer was at -16C.
-Chest freezer was at -18C.
-Hot holding cabinet was greater than 60C - used to stored take out and food delivery service orders.
-Temperatures are checked and recorded daily.
-Chemical dishwasher had a final rinse of 100ppm chlorine on the dish surface (minimum of 50ppm required for proper sanitizing).
-Quats sanitizer pails and bottles were labelled and at 200ppm. Sanitizer pails changed every 2 hours.
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Equipment was found to be clean and sanitary.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent (Canadian Institute of Food Safety) training valid until March 9, 2025.
