Liquid soap dispenser has been installed by three compartment sink as per previous inspection report.
Liquid soap and hot air dryers present in staff/public washrooms
Line cooler was at 4C
Meatballs hot held at 67C
Soup hot held at 74C
Walk-in cooler was at 4C
Walk-in freezer was at -11C
Beverage cooler was at 4C
Temperatures are being monitored and recorded twice daily. Ensure corrective action is recorded when temperature requirements are not met.
No signs of pest activity noted at the time the inspection.
Observed employees washing hands frequently.
Quats sanitizer (200ppm) present in spray bottle for sanitizing food contact surfaces and in three compartment sink for sanitizing dishes. *Some food particles were noted in sink with sanitizer. Ensure that dishes are fully washes and rinsed prior to submerging in sanitizer solution.
Note: *Wiping cloths were noted being stored in chlorine sanitizer solution. Ensure that the chlorine sanitizer is not mixed with the Quats sanitizer as it is an ammonia based product. Ammonia and chlorine must not be mixed for safety reasons.
