Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand washing station at service area is not supplied with paper towel or liquid soap. Staff placed liquid soap and paper towel at the hand washing station during inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Maintain all handwashing stations unobstructed and adequately supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels at all times to ensure staff are practicing proper hand hygiene and to prevent contamination of food.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Box of spinach observed stored directly on the floor in the walk-in cooler during inspection. Staff placed the spinach on the shelf during inspection.
