Staff placed liquid soap and paper towel at the hand washing station during inspection. Corrective Action(s): Maintain all handwashing stations unobstructed and adequately supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels at all times to ensure staff are practicing proper hand hygiene and to prevent contamination of food.
