Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quats sanitizer was prepared much greater than 400ppm in sanitizer bucket and spray bottle. There is no measurement of solution, no test strips to verify and instructions on the bottle are not being followed.
Corrective Action(s): If this continues to be an issue, a calibrated dispenser will be required. Obtain Quats test strips so that staff can verify the concentration of the production. Should be at 200ppm Quats.

Implement a procedure for dispensing sanitizer that is measured. Recommend obtaining a small measuring cup and marking out the required amount of solution for a spray bottle and bucket.

Thorough cleaning required behind grill equipment to remove built up grease and food debris. Equipment is on flexible hoses. This cleaning should be on atleast a weekly basis
Silicone still to be repaired at dishpit

Dishwasher tested at 180F
Hand washing sinks and bathrooms equipped
Ice machine maintained
All temperatures meet health requirement
Cleanliness in the rest of the kitchen is very good
Food storage practices are good - covered & dated & labelled
No signs of pest activity at time of inspection
