All hand sinks supplied with liquid soap and paper towels in wall mounted dispensers. 2-compartment sink - satisfactory. Surface sanitizer (Quat) at 200ppm. Fan hood - satisfactory. Food storage - organized/food is covered. Hot holding unit >60.0C. Washrooms - clean; supplied with hot/cold running water; liquid soap and paper towels. No signs of pests at the time of inspection. Traps are set and empty. Note: Please clean floor between a deep fryer and small freezer every day from food debris and oil. Note: Front counter top cooler has excessive accumulation of ice.
