Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed storing cleaned and sanitized utensils on a wet cloth (flower prints) without any sanitizer residue. All clean utensils to be stored on a clean dry surface (e.g., dish drying rack).

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food contact surface sanitizer pails were measured at >200 ppm chlorine as per test strips, resulted bleaching out the test paper. Pails were diluted down to 100-200 ppm at this time.

Observation: Old dry looking rodent droppings noted under the storage area where coffee mates are stored, and under the high temperature dishwasher.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize area noted above. Correct this by: October 19, 2022.

Observation: 0 ppm chlorine was detected from the low temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle.
Corrective Action(s): Low temperature dishwasher is to be serviced. Meanwhile, use high temperature dishwasher to clean and sanitize food contact surfaces. Correct this by: 1 week.

Routine inspection conducted:
Hand washing stations are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
All coolers measured at 4C or less.
All freezers measured at -18C or less.
Hot holding measured at 60C.
Weekly pest control service may change to monthly service as huge improvement is observed.
High temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle was measured at 77.1C at the plate level.
General food storage practice is adequate.
