Routine Inspection: Hand washing station fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. All temperatures met health requirements: - Walk in cooler = 3.8 degrees Celsius. - Stand-up and chest freezer maintained at or below -18 degrees Celsius. - Hot holding = 67.9 degrees Celsius. High temperature dishwasher sanitizing with 74.1 degrees Celsius at the dish level after the final rinse cycle. Concentration of QUATs sanitizer in spray bottle = 200 ppm. 2-compartment sink equipped with hot/cold running water. Ice machine maintained in a sanitary condition. Ice scoop stored in designated container. All food items stored at least 6 inches (15 cm) off the floor. All food covered and protected from contamination. No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection. Premises well lit. Permit to Operate posted. Operator signature not required due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
