Hand washing station fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
All temperatures met health requirements:
- Walk in cooler = 3.8 degrees Celsius.
- Stand-up and chest freezer maintained at or below -18 degrees Celsius.
- Hot holding = 67.9 degrees Celsius.
High temperature dishwasher sanitizing with 74.1 degrees Celsius at the dish level after the final rinse cycle.
Concentration of QUATs sanitizer in spray bottle = 200 ppm.
2-compartment sink equipped with hot/cold running water.
Ice machine maintained in a sanitary condition. Ice scoop stored in designated container.
All food items stored at least 6 inches (15 cm) off the floor.
All food covered and protected from contamination.
