Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Ice scoop in back kitchen is stored in a stainless steel insert which is not cleaned and sanitized regularly. Accumulations of dried, colored liquid are in the bottom of the insert.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the ice scoop stainless steel storage container regularly and frequently.
