Observation: Permit to operate was not posted in a conspicuous location of the food service establishment. Staff mentioned that the Operator confirmed they have the Permit to Operate and can post it over the next two weeks.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure your permit to operate is posted in a conspicuous location at the food service establishment; Correct as soon as possible within 1 month.

Follow up inspection:
-Prep. cooler had been repaired yesterday by a technician as per person in charge on shift. Staff mentioned that one of the two cooler fans inside the prep. cooler was found to be in poor working order, which has been repaired.
-Prep. cooler was at 4 degrees C at the time of inspection. Food was at or below 4 degrees C in the upper inserts. Ice was observed to be directly in contact with food in the upper inserts. Lid was in place to cover the food in the inserts.
-Prep. cooler was equipped with an accurate thermometer.
-Temperature log was in place, however still requires today's temperature to be documented on it. Ensure to keep up with checking refrigeration temperatures regularly and recording them on the temperature log.
