302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Spray bottle labeled sanitizer was meausred at approximately 100 ppm quats. Note: 200 ppm quats is required for effective sanitizing of food contact surfaces. Corrective Action(s): Staff member emptied and refilled bottle at the dispenser; however, the solution was still measured to be approximately 100 ppm quats. Staff member was observed to be only partially opening the valve at the dispenser, which may have contributed to the low quats concentration. When the valve was opened fully (vertical), the solution measured 200 ppm quats. Violation Score: 5
