Observation: Dishwasher final sanitizing rinse temperature registered 68, 68.5 and 69.3 degrees C after 3 consecutive runs.
Corrective Action(s): Repair or adjust the dishwasher so that the booster is able to bring the sanitizng rinse water to 82 C at the manifold and at least 71 C at the plate surface. ( Immediately).
