Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Laundry detergent and bleach found stored on top of the washer/dryer unit. Since washer/dryer is located right next to the coffee
brewer, this presents a risk of food contamination in case of accidental spillage.
Corrective Action(s): Store all chemicals, detergents and bleach in the designated chemical storage area at all times. The top of laundry pair must be kept clean at all times.

* Recommended using a designated (e.g. red handled) tong for picking raw frozen hamburger patties from the freezer. This tong must be stored away from
any cooked or ready to eat items. Staff must continue to wash hands after any contact with raw meats
* Do not store any food items or utensils etc. underneath the hand sink. (corrected during the inspection)
