-Recommend keeping temperature records for all coolers, including the walk-in cooler.

Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Hot held foods were > 60 C.
The dishwasher had 100 ppm chlorine.
Quats sanitizer was at 200 ppm.
Proper cooling for soup broth observed.
Staff were FoodSafe certified.
No evidence of pests. Pest control report reviewed during the inspection.
General sanitation was satisfactory
