Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Deli meat, cheeses, dairy product in sandwich prep cooler probed at 14C. Between 4 and 60C, potentially hazardous food are at risk of pathogen growth.
Corrective Action(s): Moved these food items into a working cooler. Directed staff to monitor sandwich prep cooler temperature to determine if it comes down. If sandwich prep cooler able to reach less than or equal to 4 degrees Celsius, foods may be moved back into this cooler. If temperature does not increase, the cooler requires servicing.
