Hot potentially hazardous food stored/displayed below 60 °C. [s. 14(2)] (Foods in buffet warmer along the top are between 50-55C. Discovered that overhead heating lamp is not working. In meantime, only place small portions out and keep covered.
Steamer contained rice is being maintained at 50C. Ensure cooked rice is stored or held at 60C or hotter at all times - Corrected during inspection.)

-Overhead heat lamps have been repaired. Foods are currently 60C
-Ensure temperatures are monitored and recorded daily for buffet and fridges.
