Code 206 noted on Routine inspection # 242707 of Jun-15-2018 Hot potentially hazardous food stored/displayed below 60 °C. [s. 14(2)] (Foods in buffet warmer along the top are between 50-55C. Discovered that overhead heating lamp is not working. In meantime, only place small portions out and keep covered. Steamer contained rice is being maintained at 50C. Ensure cooked rice is stored or held at 60C or hotter at all times - Corrected during inspection.)
