Routine inspection conducted:

- Cooler at 4 to 5 degrees C. Note: Cooler may have been opened recently.
- Thermometer accurate to 1 degree C available for cooler
- Hand washing sink is unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels
- Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer is available in a labeled spray bottle at 200 ppm
- High temperature dishwasher measured 72 degrees C at the utensil surface (71 degrees C minimum--at utensil surface). Note: Detergent is running low in bottle.
- Ice machine appears in sanitary condition. Scoop is stored safely in a clean container outside of machine.
- Food products are protected from contamination
- Washroom sink is supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels
- Daily records are maintained for the cooler, high temperature dishwasher, and sanitizer solution. Quats test strips are available.
- Permit is posted.
