Observation: Dishwasher has a strong sulphur smell at beginning of run.
Dish water at end of cycle does not appear to have much soap suds.
No chlorine at end of final rinse cycle - 0ppm measured.
Operator says dishwasher not working has been on-going issue and has consulted with contractor.
Corrective Action(s): Use regular bleach available for sanitizing using the 3 compartment sink method OR use single use dishes.
Test strips are available in the facility - ensure sanitizer measures 100ppm for sanitizing dishes.
Call your dishwasher contractor: ensure dishwasher is fixed as soon as possible.
Ensure to do regular water testing for your well as per your Drinking Water Officer.

2. Back freezer storage area: Wall board missing/torn.
3. Underneath dishwasher/dishpit area: food debris and dark grime build up.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to follow your cleaning plan.
Sweep and clean main areas daily to prevent food debris build up and attraction of pests.
