Observation: Food debris collected on floors between sides of freezers, beside ice machine, pooling water in fountain container and back dry storage area.
Corrective Action(s): Have all these areas properly cleaned and sanitized. Remove rubbber mats and clean underneath as well. Obtain large plastic totes to store dirty items.
