-Handwash station has soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water (at 2 compartment sink-- previously approved to have the handsink at 2 compartment sink)
-Domestic cooler/freezer: cooler at 3.2 deg C, freezer at -12 deg C
-Sliding glass door cooler: 3.8 deg C
-Chest freezer underneath counter: -19.3 deg C
-pre-packaged creams for coffee placed on ice packs
-High temperature dishwasher achieved 71 deg C on rinse cycle at dish level after 2 attempts (dishwasher turned on at time of inspection)
-Fumehood good
-General sanitation is satisfactory, no signs of pests at time of inspection
-Bleach water in rag bucket is at 100 ppm chlorine residual
-Operator has renewed FoodSafe, with expiry in 2023 (posted on wall)
